Please arrive by 08:45 at the latest to proceed with the onsite security control and accreditation.
To enter the building please use the Main entrance.
Upon arrival in the building, please show your V-pass* and your ID to the security guards and go through the security check (X-Ray).
The security guards will then show you to the meeting room and registration desk where you will receive your badge. Please note that you should wear your badge at all times when in the Commission building and your badge should be visible at all times. Please note there are no longer any covid measures in place.
* V-Pass: You will receive an email invitation to register for a V-pass two days before the event. After you complete the registration you will receive a unique QR code which must be shown upon arrival at the building to security.
Remote participants
You can access the event platform remotely, and activate your profile using the unique link that was emailed to you upon registration.
